Simple Magic Tricks For Kids

Simple Magic Fricks ForKids Biogoraphy
Well we’re finished with 2012 and have entered into the year 2013 with some bang bang trips and outdoor adventures. I probably should’ve written a blog before this one to keep one blog from being so long with so many pictures. Hey, hind sight is 20/20 so it’ll be picture heavy, jack.

Well we started off with a duck hunt on neighboring property. My friend Scott Lomax came down after Christmas and we planned a hunt together. Scott used to hunt with me a good bit before he had to change jobs and his work schedule started to conflict with his hunting schedules. We found a date that we could get together and off to the duck hole we went for a quick morning hunt. We got to the hole and settled in and we could hear the ducks over in the roost holes quacking, squealing, and cutting up. We hadn’t even scouted the hole and weren’t sure what to expect nor where to set up. We didn’t even have decoys, just two hunters with guns and a few duck calls. We settled down and started to love talk by calling to ducks on the water a few hundred yards away. We’d talk, they’d answer, We’d get quiet. After about a minute or two, we’d talk some more, they’d answer. We did this for about an hour and a half or so. Every once in a while, we’d hear them get up and head our direction. Now here is the impressive part. Normally when Scott and I hunt together we normally shoot a lot, I mean a whole lot but we don’t do a lot of killing. Well on this hunt we started off hot! We’d shoot, ducks would fall. We’d reset, recall, and repeat. After we’d knocked down a few ducks with a few shots we started acknowledging that we were shooting oddly well. Well, that was all we needed to return to former performance mode. Once we started bragging to each other about how well we were doing, we couldn’t hit anything! I mean we had ducks on top of us…. we’d empty both guns, ducks would circle back to the calls and we’d shoot some more to make sure they didn’t land in the water. We couldn’t hit repeat low ducks! It was all good though. We managed to carry out a stringer full! We also enjoyed a good time in a duck hole with two buds hunting together that don’t get to hunt like we used to. Here’s a few pics of our hunt.
